Interview with Jack

Shauna, I want to go pee pee in the potty

So Jack last night just told Shauna he needed to go to the bathroom, he went in and actually did it. He was so proud and so excited......so were we! Immediately before he even got off the pot he says, "Can we go to Disneyland now?" This is a picture shauna took as he ran and jumped to give me a hug, this was a huge deal! But of course today he acts as if he is totally retarded in the potty department. I guess when he feels like it he will use the toilet.

So this is our new favorite pass time around here. Sunday we all played and it was pretty funny, we were getting into it. Jack was in heaven!
P.S. since when do I have a kid that is actually old enough to play a game???? weird!

Sick

Things around the Patrick home haven't been too fun this past week. Jack has been so sick. Every night he was waking up with a burning fever, he was like HOT to the touch. So on Sunday Justin took him to urgent care. The poor kid is one walking infection. He had a infection in his Throat,his ears, his nose and it was seeping out of his eyes.....he looked miserable. We got him some amoxicilian and he is so much better now. His poor Little eyes are still bloodshot but I think the infections are on there way out.

On a side note for anyone that knows Lincoln you know he is totally addicted to his "bubbies" ( his silky blanket) Well when we were on our Cruise my mom said that Jack was wanting the green blanket, (Lincoln has two a green and a blue one) well since he has been sick he has been doing it again. Last night he came into our room about 4am and was coughing quite a bit. He asked if he could sleep on my floor and then started crying for his green "bubbies"...........Great! Just great huh!

The Past Week

Well the past week has been really busy, our camera broke again, this time the screen has cracked, so I can still take pictures I just can't see them until I put them on the computer. Shauna has moved in with us for a while and I haven't done a dish since, which has been fabulos. We won tickets to the Rascal Flatts concert (me and Shauna) we were just joking around and answered a question on the radio, we really didn't even know what we were trying to win....it was hilarious and awesome because now we get to go to the concert on March 8th. Here are some pictures from the past week.

So here is Jack playing the NIntendo DS, I guess we need to find a new place to put it othere than the top of the fridge because well, he has caught on to us.

Lincoln got into my purse and went straight for the sunglasses. I know what you are thikning, his face is getting rally bad again with excema, I need to take him back to the dermatoligist.

Last weekend it was nice enough to go to the park....so fun.

Linc the Stink

I have just enjoyed Lincoln so much these last couple of weeks. He is at such a fun age, talking up a storm and copying everything his brother does. The other day he started counting, he can get to 6....I am so amazed at the things kids just pick up on. This is quite the classic picture of him whenever he is eating for some reason he likes to put his leg up on the table. Either that our he is lounging across his booster seat....so funny....so cute...so naughty....I just love my little Lincoln!

Jack is a Sunbeam

I can't believe how big Jack is getting. It was so fun to see him today in Sunbeams, if I wasn't teaching Sharingtime I would have taken a picture of him sitting there. We had an activity yesterday too, it seemed to weird to have him there with me. Here is a cute picture I took of him before church, I cannot get that kid to give me a good smile.....doesn't he look handsome! Happy New Year!

Well we had a great holiday, Justin's brother Bill and his wife Bethany and their son Max came down for New Years weekend. It was so nice to see them. Jack absolutely loves his cousin Max.

We had a little party with friends on New Years Eve, we played games and had good food. I hope you all have a very Happy New Year!

Christmas with my family

This year was our first year not going to California for Christmas. So my family came here. It was a ton of fun. My sister Erin and her boyfriend Quinn came down from Canada,it was so nice to see her and meet her boyfriend. Jack calls him "Hun" I guess he just heard Erin calling him that!
