He did a great job in the program he got a little nervous when he was up to do his part so he laughed a little at the end of it, we were so proud.

T-Ball Practice

So Jack had his first T-Ball practice last night. It was seriously the cutest thing ever. I had to remind myself that I would have a whole season worth of games and practices to take pictures. Jack loved it and I actually think he will do really good. So last night was a glimpse into the rest of my life, sports with the boys and we are so excited! He he is warming up doing some stretching.

Of course his best little buddy Connor is on his team and they were being so cute together.

Good Bye "Bubbies"

Lincoln has been sleeping with this blanket (well we have 3 that we rotate so i can wash them) since he was a baby. He would suck on that thing all day if I let him. Well the other day as we were brushing his teeth we noticed that he is developing an overbite. Maybe he just got that from me, I had a great one when I was younger, (thanks mom and dad for the braces!) but we know that him sucking on this thing will only make it worse. We have gone 2 nights now, but haven't quite got the nap down. He is growing up and it makes me a little sad.

Out of the Mouth of Jack

I know I have been doing quite a few of theses posts lately, and really Jack says a lot of funny things all of the time, but I have now decided I better start documenting them so we can remember.

Last night Justin wanted Jack to snuggle with him while they were watching a show, Jack kept responding my saying, "Dad you are just too hot!" Justin kept saying, "no I am not, what are you talking about?" and then this little gem came out of Jack's mouth,

"Dad your body is covered with hair, that is why you are really hot!"

Good Point Jack!

And then today Jack had his friend Connor over, and Connor came to me crying and saying that Jack hurt him. So I called for Jack asking him what happened. Well he thinks he is so smart so he responded with,

"Mom, I didn't hurt Connor my hand did."

Hate to break it to you Jack but your hand is controlled by you. So then he came over and made a little puppet out of his hand and had his hand in a funny voice say sorry to Connor.

Fun with Daddy

I seems like Justin has been gone a lot lately with work and his calling so the boys are always so excited for the weekend when daddy doesn't have to work. I had to snap a few pictures of them in action yesterday.

Batman Buddies

Jack and Connor are the best of buddies. I think they saw each other almost everyday of last week. When I pick up Jack from Connor's house he will always ask if Connor can come to our house, and then we switch. Last week at Target I saw these Batman PJ's on clearance for $6 and there were two left so I had to get one for each of them. Now it seems to be their new uniform. I just couldn't resist taking these pictures of them.

Another Funny Quote from Jack

So this morning out of the blue, Jack come up to me and says this,

"Mommy, if you put on a white shirt you would look like a snowman."

Thank you Jack for pointing out my beautiful figure right now! So funny that kid.

"Jackism"

The day after my accident I was talking to Jack about it and I showed him by broken bloody thumb nail and with a serious look on his face he says,

"Mom, what friend did this to you?"

My baby's in school

Today was jack's first day of preschool, he was excited but pretty nervous. We bought him a new pair of Batman PJ's to wear last night to match his cool Batman backpack and to get him excited. Once I convinced him he didn't need to wear them to school we were good. He looked adorable and SO BIG! I am so proud of him. He went in and found his mat with his name on it and didn't look back.

Weekend Camping Trip to Zion

We went camping this weekend up at Zion National Park. Justin has been there quite a bit but for me it was a first. I figure if we are going to be a family of boys I have got to get this camping thing down. It was beautiful and we had a blast. There are a ton of pictures in this post so sorry, I just wanted to document the fun trip. Our Family at the top of a short little hike. Isn't it beautiful!
The Boys at "Weeping Rock" it is like it is raining out of the rock, so cool and really refreshing to get rained on at the top of the hill.
Jack loved climbing the rocks
We hiked to the entrance of "The Narrows" which is the crazy long hike that Justin did last weekend with the Young Men. Jack made it to that rock and was really proud of himself.
The boys found a spider here in the dirt and watched it for a while. I just had to get used to the fact that they would sit right in the dirt, they were filthy all weekend.
On their Mickey chairs that their Grammy bought for them. Notice Lincoln's shirt? Yeah he was covered in Orange soda
Jack insisted on wearing the Justin's head lamp each night. Here he is roasting the perfect marshmallow for his smore, he sat their roasting it for a good 10 minutes, he was so patient but and it turned out perfect.
Jack spent a lot of his time climbing the big tree at our campsite.
We rode the tram a lot to get around the park, Lincoln loved it. As the weekend went on and he started getting bored on the tram and for some reason started putting his shoe lace up his nose.....crazy kid!
